1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.

After Dispatch:

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• You can refer to our Return Policy if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

• Customised jewellery, personalised orders, and made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the production process has started.

• These items are specially handcrafted and made just for you.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• If the product is damaged or defective and reported within 48 hours of delivery

• If a replacement or exchange is not possible

• If the order was cancelled within the allowed time and was not yet dispatched

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. No Refund Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Delays in delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

• Customised jewellery and special orders

• Damage caused after delivery
